Mike is the owner and founder of Punch Full Productions. He was born and raised in Melbourne, Florida and throughout his childhood he was always learning some new instrument, writing some song, performing in some musical and always had a natural talent for music. Mike worked hard on his craft with piano lessons and musical theory education starting at a young age, so much so he had set out a goal to attend Juilliard’s School for music to become a professional concert pianist. That all changed when Mike was 12 years old, cheering at All Stars Rebels in Melbourne, Florida when he met a cheerleading choreographer and music producer. Mike sat next to the cheerleading choreographer and music producer as he created the music to the routine that was being choreographed and this blew Mikes mind! That night Mike downloaded that very program, started creating his first cheerleading music track and at the age of 16 years old he sold his first cheerleading music track to a pop warner program in his home town. Several years later, Mike’s Senior year of high school, he went on to cheer for Top Gun TGLC in Miami, Florida. Driving back and forth, 3 hours each way, this is where Mike truly figured out where his career path was headed and was lucky enough to be coached by that same choreographer and music producer that had introduced Mike to the world of cheerleading music. Mike never made it to Juilliard but if you ask him about it he would say,
I can’t imagine my life any other way! I wake up everyday to do something I truly love and not everyone is blessed enough to have that in their profession. Yes, Juilliard would have been an amazing experience but because of the cheerleading industry my childhood and adult life has been an amazing experience! I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who has trusted me in my career to produce their music. It is on their shoulders I stand here today and I am so humbled to be here. I would love to work with you and I am excited each time I start a new project. I am always so happy and grateful to see my clients returning year after year!
